During this period of unprecedented uncertainty, we would like to provide you information on our response to this emergency.

Our employees are continuing to work through secured remote connections with minimal staff based out of our Altrincham office. Staff can be contacted directly during normal business hours by email or using Skype for any ongoing projects.

Where possible all client support activities will be carried out remotely. Where a site visit would be required to resolve the issue then the options will be discussed with the designated client representative.

Installation and commissioning work will be assessed on a case by case basis with client project managers. We can still carry out urgent works but where possible installation and commissioning will be deferred to reduce risk to both Intuitive and client personnel. Where urgent site works are required our personnel will maintain a separation distance of 2m at all times.

Intuitive have detailed procedures in place for management of Coronavirus risk and we stand ready to assist with any client requirements at this time.
